Flannerys Benowa are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team on a permanent part time basis - commencing in September/October, 2026.

If you're an all-rounder who loves serving customers and has a passion towards delivering amazing service, this could be just the role for you!

The hours? Good question! We have two opportunities available:

Role 1 (3 days per week ) working a Monday (7am to 3pm), Wednesday (7am to 3pm) and Friday (7am to 3pm)

Role 2 (4 days per week ) working a Monday (12pm to 4pm), Tuesday (8am to 4pm), Thursday (8am to 4pm) and Friday (8am to 4pm)

* Role 2 is slightly more receiving focussed, therefore the ability to lift is an important requirement of this position.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Exceptional customer service skills- previous retail experience a must
- Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems
- Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments
- Positive and teachable attitudeAbility to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)
- Flexibility in working arrangements
- Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
