Woolooware Medical Practice is looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our team

Woolooware Medical Practice is a family focused medical centre with 7 GP's. We are a small, close knit team of doctors and staff. We are looking for another team member to join our reception team for 3 afternoons from 1.00pm - 6.00pm per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

About the role:

As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our practice and support the daily reception operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries
- booking and rescheduling patient appointments
- billing, scanning and filing
- end of day batching using Best Practice
- the role could be casual or permanent, depending on your preference

About you:

- You are a team player with a problem solving attitude
- You have a minimum of 12 months medical reception experience
- You have excellent organisational skills
- Enjoy working within a friendly team
- You have a qualified phone manner and can work in a busy practice
- Experience with Best Practice would be an advantage
