FreshGro Baby Salad Leaf Growers : We are recruiting for an Experienced Tractor Operator (Ground Prep) for the Lockyer Valley, Queensland. These roles will be casual initially, with the potential to become full-time positions for motivated people with a skilled mindset to join us year-round.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Soil Management – groundwork duties.
- All aspects of growing from ground prep through to harvest.
- Plan weekly activities.
- Rotary Hoe bed forming, ripping, for direct seeding onto Beds.
- General maintenance: as a machine operator, you are required to keep machines tidy and maintained.
- Meet KPI's.
- Training in Row crop practices will be provided.

Skills and Experience

- Minimum 2 years tractor driving experience.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
- Be able to plan your work week.
- Own Transport.
- Team player & Attention to detail in your work are a must.
