Production Operators - Chocolate Manufacturing

We are seeking experienced Production Operators to join the manufacturing team of a well-established chocolate manufacturing company based in Campbellfield .

Working on Day or Night shift, you will play an important role in operating production and packaging equipment, maintaining high product quality standards, and supporting a safe, efficient, and continuous-improvement-focused manufacturing setting.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will:

- Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
- Complete changeovers, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct quality checks and record production information.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean work area and support 5S standards.
- Report issues promptly to help minimise downtime.
- Contribute to safety, quality,



and productivity improvements.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and supervisory teams.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or packaging environments.
- A strong focus on safety and quality.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to perform manual handling duties in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Full working rights in Australia
- Driver's Licence and own reliable transport
