This is a standalone advisory role reporting directly to the Management. You will provide health and safety advice across our warehouse, processing and logistics operations, and hold the standard on site.

Work arrangement: One day fulltime per week or 2 day part time each week.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments and maintain the site risk register
- Develop, review and maintain safe work procedures, SWMS and site rules
- Maintain incident and hazard registers and manage regulator notification where required
- Maintain the hazardous substances register and SDS library
- Maintain emergency preparedness — plans, drills, first aid provision

About you

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety as a minimum; Diploma or tertiary qualification well regarded
- At least 3 years in a WHS advisory role in manufacturing, warehousing, construction, quarrying or a comparable operational environment
