St George Motor Boat Club Marina is seeking a reliable, hands-on and customer-focused Summer Casual Marina Attendant to join our team for the busy summer period.

This is primarily a weekend role , working Friday, Saturday and Sunday , with an average of 16–32 hours per week and the potential for additional hours and ongoing work for the right person.

About the Role

The Marina Attendant will assist members with their vessels, refuelling and general marina requirements while ensuring the marina is maintained to a safe and professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting members with vessels, refuelling and general marina needs
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Assisting with vessel movements and marina operations
- Maintaining clean, safe and tidy marina facilities
- Assisting with general maintenance and hands-on tasks
- Following all marina safety procedures
- Supporting the Marina Management team with day-to-day operations

About You

The successful applicant will be:

- Reliable, punctual and customer-focused




- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work
- Friendly and confident dealing with members and guests
- Comfortable working around boats and water
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Available throughout the summer period

A current NSW Boat Licence is preferred but not essential. Previous marina, boating, hospitality, customer service or outdoor work experience will be highly regarded.
