Ascent Carpentry specialises in structural timber framing for luxury residential construction across Sydney. We're a growing team that takes pride in quality workmanship and setting apprentices up to become strong tradespeople.

The role

We're looking for a 3rd year apprentice carpenter to join our framing crews on high-end residential builds. You'll be working alongside experienced lead carpenters, framing homes from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

- Structural timber wall, floor, and roof framing on luxury residential projects
- Reading and working from plans
- Setting out and cutting to spec
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised site
- Learning from and supporting our lead carpenters

What we're looking for

- Currently a 3rd year apprentice carpenter
- Hands-on experience framing homes — this is essential
- White Card
- Own reliable transport and driver's licence
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and keen to learn
- Good attitude and works well in a team
