We are looking for reliable Civil Construction Labourers for long-term work with great pay and overtime.

What's on Offer

Top Pay: Above-Award casual rates + daily meal & travel allowances.

Great Hours: 10-hour shifts with overtime penalties paid after 7.6 hours.

Job Security: Ongoing, long-term project work right here in Logan.

The Role

Working on high-profile civil infrastructure, your daily duties will include:

- Pavement rehabilitation, preparation, and construction
- Subsoil and drainage installation




- Assisting with asphalting preparations and support for electrical works
- Site setup, including safety signage, fencing, and barrier placement
- Machine spotting and machine operation (for ticketed candidates)

What You Need

- Proven experience in civil construction (highway/roadworks experience highly regarded)
- Valid White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Current driver's licence with reliable transport
- Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) and teamwork
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
- Willingness to undergo a recent police check
- Civil and machinery tickets are a major bonus!
