General knowledge of warehousing is an advantage; no prior industry experience is required. we’re looking for energetic, driven individuals ready to grow with us.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This hands-on fast paced role offers a pathway to learn the ins and outs of warehousing operations. You'll gain real-world experience across multiple departments, setting the foundation for a successful future in operations, stock coordination, or leadership roles within our business. Based at Mainfreight Warehousing, Wacol, this role is Monday to Friday on a 45-hour week, with the potential for overtime pay.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Receiving and Inspecting Goods
- Inventory Management
- Order Picking and Packing
- Shipping and Dispatch
- Maintaining Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety
- Communication and Team Collaboration
- Using Technology and Equipment




- Loading and unloading trucks and containers

The SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

- Have a current and up to date LF forklift licence
- Be highly motivated and thrive in a quick-paced, hands‑on environment
- Demonstrate great attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
- Be a natural problem‑solver who enjoys operational challenges
- Show initiative, ownership, and a desire to improve how things are done
- Be well‑presented, professional, and a strong team player
- Have a genuine interest in building a long‑term career in Operations or/Management
- The ability to work under pressure
