As the Marketing Strategist, you will be the driving force behind a diverse range of clients' online success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies, ensuring their websites and online presence are optimised for maximum impact. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover position working approximately 22 hours per week (3 days full-time hours or 4 days school hours, flexible).

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives

Set up and manage analytics reporting, providing clients with valuable insights into their website performance and campaign effectiveness

Create content based on overall strategy to grow clients' accounts

Set up compelling landing pages and help create engaging websites that resonate with target audiences

Manage and grow clients' social media accounts, creating engaging content and building online communities

Develop and execute effective newsletter and email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns

Set up and manage paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn and Meta

About you

At least 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a digital agency environment

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies





Experience with social media management tools

Experience with EDM platforms like Mailchimp and Mailpoet

Experience with paid advertising

Australian resident or possess permanent residency status
