Administrative Assistant/ Personal Assistant
Answering phone calls and managing emails
General administration - data entry, diary and inbox management, scheduling
Preparing, formatting and compiling documents and reports
Setting up and maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems
Taking accurate notes in meetings and appointments, and following up on actions
Collecting and delivering health care equipment as required
Pitching in with day-to-day tasks as they come up
About you
Current driver's licence and your own reliable, insured vehicle (kilometres reimbursed)
Strong written and verbal communication - you'll often be the first point of contact
Confident with Microsoft Office and Outlook, and quick to pick up new systems
Well organised, with real attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Discretion and professionalism
Willing to obtain a national police check and a Queensland Blue Card if you don't already hold them
Previous experience as a health care, medical or allied health assistant, or in health care administration or reception
Currently studying occupational therapy, nursing, social work, physiotherapy or another allied health degree
Experience with note taking, case notes or report writing
Full training provided
Flexible hours that can work around a university timetable
