Childcare Educator (Cert III or studying towards an approved qualification)

Trinity Academy Ocean Shores is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time (or Casual) Childcare Educator to join our supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is either qualified with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently studying towards an approved early childhood education and care qualification .

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences for children.
- Assisting in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community.
- Observing and contributing to the documentation of children's learning and development.
- Supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Assisting with daily routines, transitions, and care practices.
- Maintaining a high standard of health, safety, and wellbeing for all children.
- Participating in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

- Hold a Certificate III, or be currently studying or actively working towards an ACECQA approved qualification.
- Experience working in a similar childcare or early learning environment is preferred.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC ).
- Current Child Protection Training and Child Safety Training (or willingness to complete prior to commencement).
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
