What you'll be doing

- Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments, handling booking inquiries and managing patient records
- Assisting with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patients
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Liaising with medical staff to ensure productive workflow

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems
- A friendly,
