Toll Recruit are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Ingleburn. Our client's warehouse transports products for their high-end retail customers, from clothing and shampoo to energy products such as heat pumps. The role requires someone to complete office duties as well as hands-on duties on the warehouse floor.

This is an ongoing casual position currently offering shifts Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the transport industry, and outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with the Operations team on the floor
- Scanning freight and products

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: administration, warehousing and logistics, customer service
- Technical Skills: Robust computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with Cargowise or WMS
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills,



with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ongoing casual position
- Variety of warehouse and administration duties
- Work for a leader in logistics with a focus on safety, sustainability, and operational excellence
