Are you a confident, driven salesperson who loves connecting with people and closing deals?

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help people take the next step in their financial education journey.

You'll be representing a growing financial education business and speaking with people who have expressed an interest in learning more about financial markets and trading.

Your role is to understand their goals, build trust and help them determine whether our programs are the right fit for them.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

Connect with prospects following our live events and marketing campaigns

Conduct phone and online consultations to understand each prospect's goals and needs

Build strong relationships and establish trust

Present our financial education programs clearly and confidently

Handle questions and objections professionally

Guide prospective clients through the decision-making and enrolment process

Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records

Consistently work towards and achieve individual sales targets





Attend selected live events and represent the company professionally

Work collaboratively with our sales, events and marketing teams

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Comfortable speaking with people from a wide range of backgrounds

Naturally persuasive without being pushy

Resilient and able to handle objections

Target-driven and motivated by achieving results

A strong communicator with excellent listening skills

Organised and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups

Positive, professional and hungry to develop

Accountable for your own performance and results

Previous sales experience is preferred , particularly experience in consultative, high-value, phone-based or B2C sales.

We're also interested in exceptional communicators with the right attitude, work ethic and desire to build a successful career in sales. Full training will be provided to the right person.

The Live Events

Our live events are an significant part of our business and provide an exciting opportunity to meet clients and prospects face-to-face.

While flexible working is available, you'll occasionally be required to attend live events. This may involve interstate travel and working outside standard business hours, including some evenings or weekends.

At events, you'll work alongside the wider team and may assist with attendee registration, event preparation and supporting the sales process.

Travel and accommodation for interstate events will be covered by the company.
