The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and hands on Machine Operator to join our afternoon shift. This is a predominantly solo role responsible for operating and monitoring our Hydramama sachet production line, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent production.

What you’ll be doing

- Operate and monitor machinery throughout the shift
- Complete basic equipment and quality checks
- Troubleshoot minor issues and report faults or maintenance requirements
- Complete production,



batch and cleaning records
- Monitor output and identify quality or production issues
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment
- Complete clear shift handovers and communicate any issues

What we’re looking for

- Experience in food manufacturing, production, machine operation or a similar environment
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, proactive and safety-focused
- Commitment to quality and food safety
- Willingness to learn, follow SOPs and identify issues
