We’re looking for someone with an INCREDIBLE personality to join our Garden Centre team for spring and summer.

And when we say personality, we mean it.

We want someone who is naturally friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and fun. Someone who walks into work with great energy, chats easily with customers and isn't afraid to be a little bit silly.

You do NOT need to be a plant expert.

We can teach you how to water plants.

We can't teach you how to have an amazing personality!!!

You might be perfect for this role if you're the person who:

- Talks to absolutely everyone
- Can make a stranger feel welcome in about 30 seconds
- Isn't terrified when someone points a camera at you
- Has the confidence to grab a microphone and host one of our events
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to work
- Loves getting involved rather than standing on the sidelines
- Can have fun while still knowing when it's time to get stuck in and work

What will you actually do?

A little bit of everything!

- Help customers around the Garden Centre
- Water plants and help with general nursery jobs
- Restock, tidy and keep displays looking excellent




- Regularly appear in our Instagram and Facebook content
- Help us create fun videos, promotions and seasonal content
- Help HOST our monthly Garden Centre events
- Get involved in competitions, giveaways and community activities
- Help us make the Garden Centre a genuinely fun place to visit throughout the summer

Some days you'll be watering plants.

Some days you'll be helping a customer find the perfect pot.

And some days someone will hand you a microphone or phone and say, "Right, you're on!"

We need someone who thinks that sounds fun rather than horrifying.

Important stuff

This is a casual position of approximately 15–25 hours per week during our busy spring/summer season.

Weekend availability is essential. Our weekends are busy and our events will often be held on weekends, so you'll need to be genuinely available to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Retail, hospitality, events or nursery experience would be fantastic, but we're much more interested in who you are .
