Residential Maintenance Plumber

Mr Fix Plumbing & Drains is one of Sydney's fastest-growing home-service plumbing companies, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Year Apprentices & Tradesmen Residential Maintenance Plumbers to join our young, energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend residential properties to carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and system upgrades
- Carry out sewer and stormwater maintenance and replacements competently
- Perform maintenance plumbing, repairs, and gas fitting
- Drain clearing, relining, and CCTV inspections
- Complete hot water system repairs and installations
- Build strong rapport and trust through professional, friendly, and transparent communication
- Deliver consistent 5-star customer service on every job!

Who We're Looking For

- Relevant plumbing qualification and/or current plumbing licence (Plumber & Drainer)
- 1st, 2nd,



3rd and 4th year apprentice plumbers
- Tradesmen Plumbers
- Experience in maintenance plumbing (preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience requiredCompetent in drainage and pipe relining is highly regarded (bonus)
- Current NSW Driver's Licence with full Australian work rights
- Valid White Card
- Confident with robust customer service skills
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving ability
- Competent in operating an excavator
- Takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining professional standards
- Reliable, motivated, and results-driven with a positive, team-first attitude
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a team
