Make a Difference Through Administration – Join Our Addiction & Mental Health Team

Join our Redlands Administration Team and use your skills to support patients, staff and the delivery of high-quality Addiction & Mental Health services across Metro South.

Your new role:

As an Administration Officer, you will provide high-level reception and administrative support to the Redlands Administration Team, helping to deliver responsive, patient-focused Addiction & Mental Health services across Metro South.

- Provide professional front-line reception, customer service and administrative support to patients, carers, families, staff and other stakeholders.
- Support patient flow across inpatient, outpatient and community settings by coordinating appointments, resources, admissions, discharges and transfers.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment, providing administrative support across a range of teams, clinics and services.
- Manage a diverse workload with a high degree of autonomy, using relevant hospital information systems and Microsoft Office applications to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

About you:

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused administration professional who can confidently work in a busy multidisciplinary health environment and provide a high level of service to patients and staff.

- Demonstrated experience in front-line reception, customer service and administrative duties, with robust computer and contemporary office skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines and exercise sound judgement and discretion.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
