About the Role
We're seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist NDIS participants with daily living, community access, and personal goals. This role is for a participant who requires PEG tube feeding, so hands-on PEG feeding experience is essential. Applications without it can't be considered. You will build meaningful relationships and provide high-quality support in line with individual care and feeding plans.

What You Need

Demonstrated experience with PEG tube feeding (essential) , including feeds, medications, stoma site care and equipment cleaning

Medication Competency Certificate

Willingness to complete participant-specific PEG training and sign-off with a nurse or health professional

Certificate IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (current or willing to obtain) and NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Current First Aid/CPR





Victorian Driver Licence + reliable car

Eligibility to work in Australia

Clear and confident English communication skills (verbal and written)

Respect for client culture, lifestyle, and choice

Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Reliability, professionalism, and resilience

Preferred

Experience with complex care

Personal care

Social support

Domestic assistance

Meal preparation

Community access

Accurate shift notes and reporting

Remuneration: $35 to $45 per hour
