Beta Wellness Buderim is looking for a driven and customer-focused Casual Sales Representative to join our established showroom team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a premium retail environment, helping customers invest in products that enhance relaxation, recovery, family time, and overall wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the right wellness solution while delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building solid relationships with customers and guiding them through the buying journey.
- Achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
- Responding promptly to showroom, phone, email and online enquiries.
- Following up customer leads and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Preparing quotations and completing sales documentation accurately.
- Coordinating deliveries, handovers and customer follow-up.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge across our range of spas, swim spas, plunge pools, saunas and wellness products.
- Ensuring the showroom is clean, well-presented and inviting.
- Assisting with general showroom operations, including receiving stock where required.
- Supporting promotional activities and company initiatives.

Availability to work weekdays and weekends across a seven-day roster is essential.

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people and is motivated by achieving results.





You’ll have:

- Previous retail or showroom sales experience (preferred).
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team.
- A willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge.
- Current driver's license (essential).
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends (essential).
