- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Rotating roster between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday

We're seeking customer service professionals with 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, retail, or contact centre environments.

Robust communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential.

You’ll bring:

- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams)
- Previous office-based experience
- High attention to detail and customer focus
