Disability Support Workers – South Brisbane & Surrounding Suburbs QLD!

We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support participants across Brisbane's Southside and surrounding suburbs , including Kuraby, Moorooka, Sunnybank , and nearby areas.

About the Role

You will provide:

- Personal care and hygiene support
- Community access and social participation
- Domestic assistance
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Behaviour support and implementation of Behaviour Support Plans
- Goal-focused and person-centred supports

Essential Requirements

To apply, you must have:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Right to work in Australia
- Excellent communication skills

Experience Required

We are specifically seeking workers with experience in:





- Personal care
- Challenging behaviours
- Behaviour Support Plans
- Community access and capacity-building supports
- Working independently and professionally

Shift Information

- Shifts range from 2 to 7 hours
- Morning, afternoon and weekend shifts available
- Must be willing to work 2-hour shifts when required
- Versatile availability is essential

Please Do Not Apply If:

- You are only available 1–2 days per week
- You are only looking for weekend work
- You are unwilling to work shorter shifts when required
