Australian Ground Technologies (AGT) is seeking experienced and reliable Civil Labourers to join our growing team for an immediate start .

As a Civil Labourer, you will support our crews across a range of civil construction and infrastructure projects throughout the Sydney Metro Region, predominantly Western Sydney .

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a robust work ethic and is looking to build a long-term career within the civil construction industry.

About the Role

As a Civil Labourer, you will support our crews across a range of civil construction and infrastructure projects throughout the Sydney Metro Region, predominantly Western Sydney .

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and is looking to build a long-term career within the civil construction industry.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with general civil construction activities across various project sites

- Supporting operators, tradespeople and supervisors with day-to-day site activities

- Performing manual labour, site preparation and material handling

- Using hand and power tools as required

- Maintaining clean, organised and safe work areas

- Following site safety procedures, SWMS and company requirements





- Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in civil construction is preferred

- Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude

- Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual labour

- Current Construction Induction White Card

- Current valid driver's licence and own reliable transport

- Relevant plant tickets or certificates of competency are highly regarded
