Key responsibilities

- Lawn mowing, edging and blowing
- Hedging and pruning
- Weeding and garden clean-ups
- Plant care and general garden maintenance
- Soft landscaping - edging, mulching, planting, lawn renovations
- Using and maintaining commercial gardening equipment
- Working efficiently as part of a small team
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation at every property
- Building positive relationships with our regular clients

About you

- Minimum of 2 years' professional garden maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of gardening and garden maintenance
- Takes pride in clean lines, tidy finishes and leaving every site looking its best
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors all day
- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- Excellent attention to detail
- Communicates clearly with clients and team members




- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport

About us

We're a well-established residential garden maintenance business servicing the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas.

- $35–$45 per hour + super, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday with consistent hours
- Paid fortnightly
- Company vehicle provided after a 3-month probation period, with all vehicle expenses covered
- All professional tools and equipment supplied and maintained
- Stable, long-term position
