We're looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Stewards tojoin our busy Food & Beverage team.

As a Kitchen Steward, you'll play an important role insupporting our chefs and kitchen teams by keeping our kitchensclean, organised and running smoothly.

The Day to Day

As part of our kitchen team, your responsibilities willinclude:

- Operating wash-up areas and ensuring a constant supply of cleancrockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, benches and workareas
- Sweeping and mopping floors and maintaining clean and safekitchen areas
- Removing rubbish and disposing of waste correctly
- Assisting with opening and closing cleaning procedures
- Ensuring cleaning chemicals and equipment are used and storedsafely
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safetyprocedures
- Reporting hazards, damaged equipment or maintenance concerns toyour manager
- Supporting the wider kitchen team as required

We're looking for someone who is reliable,



hardworking and isn'tafraid to get stuck in. You take pride in keeping your work areaclean and organised, work well as part of a team and can keep up ina busy kitchen environment.

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role isdesirable
- An understanding of food hygiene and workplace safetyrequirements
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and Safety Data Sheets is anadvantage
- Valuable organisational and time-management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the kitchenteam
- Availability across seven days, including mornings, evenings,overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
