FloorFlow is looking for a smart, digitally intuitive person who enjoys learning new tools, solving problems and getting things done. This is a broad role rather than a narrow marketing position. Depending on your strengths, you may work across digital marketing and campaign support, AI tools and workflow automation, CRM and business systems, website and landing-page updates, content and social media, data, reporting and process improvement, and researching and implementing current digital tools. You will work directly with the business owner and have significant exposure to how a growing small business actually operates.

2-3 days/week to start, with potential to grow into full-time
