About the Role

As part of the JRM team, you'll work across a variety of client sites and venues throughout Sydney, delivering exceptional service and helping create memorable guest experiences, meet new people and build your hospitality experience, be part of supportive and professional team

From large-scale sporting events and concerts to luxury weddings and corporate functions, every shift offers a new experience - No two shifts are ever the same

What You'll Be Doing:

Depending on the event or venue, your duties may include:

- Delivering seamless food and beverage service for events and clients (tray service, canapé service, fine dining, cocktail events)
- Performing tray service.
- Carry 3-plate carry, and 5-plate transparent with confidence
- Bartending and beverage preparation.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Follow service brief and adapt quickly to different collaboratively with team members.
- Representing JRM Hospitality with professionalism and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for hospitality professionals who are reliable, personable,



and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

- Full Australian working rights
- RSA Certificate (NSW)
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, events, corporate, catering, bars or similar
- Professional communication skills and fluent English - essential for client-facing.
- Availability to travel to various venues and locations across Sydney
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
