In late November, we're relocating into an incredible new flagship-style store within Chadstone Shopping Centre , creating a larger, more immersive retail experience for our customers and collectors.

What You'll Do

Deliver Great Customer Experiences

- Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service

- Share product knowledge and introduce new collections

- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Maintain Store Standards

- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards

- Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy

- Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready

Support Daily Store Operations





- Process transactions accurately through POS systems

- Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards

- Support product launches and peak trading periods

Full-Time Availability Requirements

- This is a permanent full time position averaging 38 hours per week.

- Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.

- Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.

- We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.

- As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events.

- Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential.

Part-Time/Casual Availability Requirements

- This is a permanent part-time position.

- Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required.

- Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week.

- Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance.

- Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.

- Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential

- Highpoint store requirements: Mondays, Thursdays and at least one weekend day
