Disability Support Worker - Complex Care

As a nationwide NDIS provider, we deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-care, and community wellness.

We’re currently seeking compassionate and reliable casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. With a variety of shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends - this role offers flexibility and the chance to build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants.

About the role

You’ll support participants with:

- Daily living tasks and routines
- Personal care and hygiene
- Medication assistance
- Emotional wellbeing and independence
- Community participation and social engagement
- Maintaining a safe, supportive home environment

What You'll Need

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in support work, mental health, behaviour support, disability, community services, or a related field.
- NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
- WWCC (Blue Card)




- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Highly Regarded

- Cert IV in Mental Health or equivalent
- Experience with complex behaviours or mental health
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organised
