Renolink is seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our established team.

With over 16 years of experience , Renolink has built a strong reputation as a trusted Sydney supplier of bathroom products, servicing a diverse customer base including trade professionals, renovators and the general public .

Sales Assistant - Bathroom Products | Immediate Start

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service while assisting customers with their bathroom product selections.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting walk-in customers and responding to phone enquiries and orders

- Providing product information and helping customers select suitable bathroom products

- Processing sales and orders accurately through our POS system

- Building strong relationships with customers

- Maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment

- Supporting day-to-day sales activities

- Creating and managing organic social media content for the business

- Contributing positively to the overall success of the sales team





About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident, professional and well spoken

- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

- Passionate about sales and achieving great customer outcomes

- Reliable, organised and well presented

- Proactive and willing to learn

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Interested in developing a long-term career with the business

- Experienced in managing social media platforms - highly desirable

Previous experience in bathroom products, retail or sales will be highly regarded. However, full product and POS training will be provided to the right candidate.

Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
