The Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Gaming Attendants to join our energetic team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Handling cash transactions accurately and confidently
- Operating and maintaining gaming machines and Keno facilities
- Preparing beverages and simple food items for guests
- Maintaining a clean, safe,



and welcoming venue environment
- Ensuring all RSA and RSG requirements are consistently upheld

About You

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and late night shifts up to 2am–4am
- A positive, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar gaming role
- Confidence in cash handling and transactions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Current RSA and RSG certificates
- Keno experience is advantageous, but not essential
