About The Role

Our Duty Managers provide hands-on support with the running of shifts. With the help of store management you'll be responsible for:

Supervising and coaching a large team to deliver the 'sweetest' experience and products

Supporting with store operations and standards

Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers

Casual opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster





About You…

Experience in hospitality

Supervisory experience is ideal, but if you're ready to step up we want to hear from you!

Barista Experience will be a bonus!!

Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends
