About the Role:

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations, customer service and trade sales support.

You will be a key part of our Trade Hub, helping trade customers collect orders, providing product advice, maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently.
Full training is provided so you can confidently assist with our specialised products and systems.

The role is up to 25-hours per week, possibly more in busier periods. Hours of work will be 7.00am to 12.00pm Monday to Friday.This role has the opportunity to progress to a permanent part time position for the right person.

Responsibilities:

Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift (if licenced)





Managing stock movements and maintaining inventory accuracy

Assisting trade customers face-to-face and over the phone

Supporting colour matching and product tinting (training provided)

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised Trade Hub

Assisting with local deliveries when required

Contributing to merchandising and store presentation

About You:

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy being busy, helping customers and working as part of a close-knit team.

Ideally, you will have:

Warehouse experience including picking, packing and dispatch

A current Forklift Licence is preferred (or willing to obtain)

A current Australian Driver Licence

Strong customer service and communication skills

The ability to safely lift and move products up to 25kg

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in paints, coatings, construction materials or colour matching would be highly regarded, but is not essential as training will be provided.
