Forklift Operators – Counterbalance & High Reach

Locations: Western Sydney – Blacktown, Eastern Creek, Erskine Park, Wetherill Park & St Marys

Synergie Australia is currently seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and logistics sites across Western Sydney.

We are looking for operators with Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklift experience who are ready to join busy warehouse environments. Whether you're looking for ongoing casual work or a pathway into permanent employment, we have opportunities available.

Available Shifts

AM Shift: Start times between 6:00am – 8:00am

PM Shift: Start times between 2:00pm – 4:00pm





Multiple positions are available across Western Sydney, with specific start times dependent on the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Move, stack and store pallets and stock
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
- Receive and put away incoming stock
- Perform stock movements and assist with inventory control
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure work environment
- Work with the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets

About You

- CurrentLF Forklift Licence – essential
- LO forklift license - highly desirable but not essential
- Proven Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklift experience
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Physically capable of handling warehouse duties
- Willingness to perform general warehouse duties when required
- Own reliable transport is highly regarded due to site locations
