At Lifts for Life, we help people confidently install home lifts into new and existing homes. Every lift installation involves careful planning and coordination to ensure the site is ready when our technicians arrive. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a practical, organised and people-focused Site Coordinator to join our growing team.

You’ll work closely with builders, homeowners and our installation team to ensure every project is prepared correctly and ready for a smooth installation.

About the Role

You’ll work across both new builds and renovations. Your role is to make home lift installations straightforward for builders, homeowners and our installation team by educating, coordinating and verifying that sites meet our installation requirements before our technicians arrive.

You’ll spend a mix of time:

- Meeting with builders and homeowners
- Conducting site inspections
- Reviewing plans and site preparation requirements
- Coordinating with our sales, production and installation teams
- Helping builders solve site-related issues before they become installation delays




- Communicating with everyone involved via email, phone and in person

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every installation runs smoothly.

About You

You’ll likely come from a background in construction, building, site supervision, project or site coordination.

You don’t need previous lift industry experience. We can teach you that.

What matters most is that you’re comfortable dealing with builders, confident on construction sites and highly organised.

You’ll Be Successful If You Have

- Strong communication skills
- Confidence working with builders, trades and homeowners
- The ability to read plans and construction drawings
- A practical problem-solving mindset
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Good computer skills
- A current driver’s licence
