We are seeking a Gaming Attendant to join the team at Milestone Hotel - Leichhardt, located in Leichhardt NSW 2040. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst delivering excellent service to our guests. As a Gaming Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our gaming facilities operate smoothly and our patrons enjoy a safe, welcoming, and entertaining experience. You will be responsible for monitoring gaming areas, assisting guests with gaming equipment, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and venue policies.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor gaming machines to ensure smooth operation and identify any technical issues
- Provide assistance and guidance to guests using gaming facilities
- Conduct regular checks of gaming equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions to management
- Maintain a secure and secure gaming environment by adhering to all gaming and venue regulations
- Assist with the responsible service of gaming, including identifying and supporting guests who may be experiencing problem gambling
- Process gaming transactions accurately and maintain detailed records as required
- Keep the gaming area clean, organised and welcoming for all patrons




- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, escalating to management when necessary
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure outstanding customer service
