Trilogy Beauty Co is seeking a talented Nail Technician and Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis . This is a dual-function role that combines creative nail artistry with professional front-of-house customer service. Based in Norwest, NSW 2153, this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic salon environment whilst managing client relationships and administrative tasks. You will be essential to creating a welcoming experience for our clients whilst delivering exceptional nail services that keep them returning to us.

What you'll be doing

As a Nail Technician and Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, extensions and nail art design to clients

Greeting clients warmly upon arrival and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the salon

Managing the reception desk, including answering telephone enquiries and responding to client requests promptly

Scheduling appointments efficiently using salon booking systems and managing the daily appointment calendar

Processing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records

Maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene and cleanliness in both the nail station and reception areas

Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilised in accordance with health and safety regulations

Recommending nail care products and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue

Building and maintaining positive client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth salon operations

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Current or recently completed qualification in nail technology or professional nail technician certification

Proven experience working as a nail technician in a salon environment





Proficiency in a range of nail services including gel, acrylics, natural nail care and decorative techniques

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanour

Proficiency in salon management software and appointment booking systems

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of health and safety standards and commitment to maintaining salon hygiene protocols

Reliability and punctuality with the flexibility to work part-time hours as required

Full time role can be offered pending performance
