About the Role

We're looking for a meticulous, detail-driven Production Assistant to join our DTF team. This role is all about precision—cutting transfers for each order and allocating them to the correct stock, every single time. You'll need a genuinely sharp eye for spotting artwork issues and stock variances before they become problems, and the discipline to work fast without cutting corners. This is a highly autonomous role, so you'll need to be someone who takes ownership of your work and doesn't need close supervision to stay on track. There may also be some crossover into the print room, so a willingness to lend a hand there is a plus.

- Previous experience in print, production, or warehouse roles is a bonus, but not essential

Nice to Haves

- Exposure to RIP software or gang-sheet layout tools
- Knowledge of the DTF Print process
- Experience in a print room or garment decoration environment

Key Responsibilities

- Cutting DTF transfers for each order
- Allocating transfers to the correct stock
- Checking artwork for issues prior to production
- Identifying and flagging stock variances
- Counting and packing transfers into job bags with accuracy
- Helping prioritise urgent jobs alongside the customer service team
- Assisting in the print room as needed
- Supporting the Production Manager and wider team as needed
