About the role

Continental Patisserie Aust Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pick and Packers to join our team on a casual basis . Based in Silverwater NSW 2128, this role is fundamental to ensuring our products are accurately selected, prepared and packaged to the highest standards for delivery to our customers. As a Pick and Packer, you will be a key part of our operations team, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and efficiency are paramount. This is a hands-on position that directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth running of our logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves and storage areas according to order specifications and pick lists

Inspecting products for quality and damage before packing to ensure only items meeting our standards are shipped

Carefully packing products into boxes or containers using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit

Labelling and documenting packages with correct delivery information, order numbers and tracking details

Organising and stacking packed boxes in designated areas ready for collection and dispatch

Maintaining accurate records of picked and packed items to ensure order accuracy

Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently

Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised in accordance with health and safety standards

Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

Following all company policies, procedures and health and safety protocols at all times

What we’re looking for

Previous experience as a Pick and Packer or in a similar warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable

Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Solid attention to detail to minimise errors and ensure order accuracy





Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift and carry items regularly, and stand for extended periods

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic numeracy skills for counting, measuring and record-keeping

Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work casual hours as required

A commitment to health and safety in the workplace

Clear communication skills and a positive attitude

A current drivers licence is beneficial but not essential
