4Mile has teamed up with a respected organisation who have been rescuing and caring for native animals for over 30 years with a mission to actively rehabilitate and preserve Australian wildlife and inspire others to do the same.

We are currently looking formultiple customer service representatives to join our team based in our North Strathfield call centre which operates from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 9pm during weekends. You will oversee basic enquires, registering, updating, and following up cases under the guidance of your Team Leader.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING:

- A strong customer focus and general knowledge about Australian Wildlife – do you know the difference between a microbat and a flying fox?
- A genuine desire to help the community and make a difference every day




- Have a pleasant manner and can-do attitude
- Ability to identify and elevate priority issues and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Must be computer savvy with the confidence of using multiple software platforms
- Attention to detail making certain on capturing accurate data and providing accurate information to stakeholders
