Your role will be a mix of barista and all-rounder duties in a small, locally owned café focused on great coffee, good food and creating a welcoming experience for the local community.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Taking orders and providing friendly customer service
- Serving food and assisting with basic food preparation
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café
- Opening and/or closing duties when required
- Helping the team wherever needed during busy service

About you

- Have previous café, barista or hospitality experience
- Can confidently make coffee to a consistent standard
- Have a friendly and positive attitude




- Are reliable, punctual and well presented
- Have great attention to detailWork well independently as well as part of a small team
- Barista experience is preferred, but strong hospitality background and the right attitude also considered
- Work in a small, friendly local café
