Due to continued business growth, we have a full-time Customer Experience Agent position available at our Castle Hill & Surrounding Areas.

You'll be the face of SIXT, helping customers at the counter, managing reservations and rental transactions, and ensuring every customer receives a qualified and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service at the counter
- Managing vehicle rental and return transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answering customer enquiries, phone calls and managing reservationsUnderstanding customer needs and recommending suitable rental products and options
- Identifying sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ensuring the counter and fleet presentation meet company standards
- Completing general administrative and banking duties
- Supporting nearby branch locations when required

About You

Car rental experience is preferred but not essential. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, tourism,



sales or another customer-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to understand customer needs and apply effective sales skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and sense of accountability
- A high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- The flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work across different days and hours, including weekends as required
- Willingness to work across nearby branch locations when operationally required
