We are seeking a diligent and organised Branch Assistant / Delivery Driver to join our team at Tradelink in Townsville, QLD. In this full time role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth running of our local branch, providing vital support to the branch manager and team.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the daily operations and administrative tasks of the branch
- Receiving and processing customer orders and enquiries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Deliveries and liaising with customers
- Providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
- Supporting the branch manager with any other duties as required

What we're looking for

- Prior experience working in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment. Experience preferable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using standard office software and inventory management systems
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
