We’re currently partnering with several busy manufacturing and production sites across the Central Coast that are continuing to grow and are looking for reliable General Labourers and Trade Assistants to join their teams. We’re particularly interested in people with experience in:

- Concreting or concrete finishing
- Waterproofing
- Caulking and sealing
- Construction labouring
- Patching, grinding, or general finishing work
- Trade assistant or factory-based construction environments

Whether you come from construction, civil, manufacturing, precast, waterproofing, or general labouring backgrounds, we’d love to hear from you.What work could look like:

- Assisting production and manufacturing teams
- Concrete patching, grinding, repair, and finishing work
- Applying waterproofing products and sealants
- Caulking and finishing to a high standard
- Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
- Supporting trades and site operations where needed
- Maintaining quality standards and safe work practices
