About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Trade Assistant to support our Service Technicians in our busy Service Centre. You'll play a key role in keeping our workshop running smoothly - assisting with the disassembly and assembly of customer products, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and helping ensure every job is completed safely and to a high standard. This is a great prospect for someone with mechanical aptitude who's looking to build hands-on experience and grow their skills in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Disassembling and assembling customer products under the guidance and supervision of qualified technicians
- General cleaning of parts and workshop area
- Painting and final assembly of products
- Packing and preparing products for shipment




- Assisting Service Technicians with other repairs and servicing of products
- Operating plant and equipment, e.g. overhead crane and forklift
- Ensuring all company and WHS procedures are followed at all times

What We're Looking For

- General mechanical experience required
- Forklift licence preferred
- Previous experience operating an overhead crane preferred
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- A reliable, hands-on team player with a good work ethic
