Nardo's Coffee is looking for a reliable, organised and confident Cafe Manager to join our boutique coffee window. The role is 28–30 hours per week based in Cardiff, NSW.

Key responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day cafe operations

Leading and supporting the cafe team

Making quality coffee and maintaining high service standards

Opening/closing and keeping the cafe running smoothly

Stock ordering and keeping on top of supplies

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation

Creating a friendly, welcoming experience for every customer

Helping drive sales and maintain high standards

Highly organised and reliable

Experienced in barista work and coffee making

Confident working independently

Friendly, approachable and customer-focused

Well-presented and professional

A natural leader who can motivate a small team

Able to work in a quick-paced environment

Someone who takes pride in their work and notices the little things
