RGC Metal Rolling is looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Labourer / Trainee to join our production team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, hands-on and looking to build a career in manufacturing .

No previous experience is required. You will start by assisting with general production and labouring tasks while learning about our manufacturing processes and machinery, with the opportunity to develop into a machine operator over time .

About the role

- Assist operators and the production team with general tasks
- Help with moving, preparing and handling materials
- Perform general labouring and housekeeping duties
- Learn our manufacturing processes and machinery
- Work safely and follow company procedures
- Support the team to meet daily production requirements
- Develop your skills with a view to progressing into a machine operator role

About you

- Has a good attitude and willingness to learn




- Is reliable, punctual and committed to showing up every day
- Is hands-on and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Can follow instructions and work safely
- Works well as part of a team
- Is keen to learn new skills and develop within the business
- Takes pride in their work and has a strong work ethic

No previous manufacturing experience is required – we are willing to train the right person.
