We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house Design Studio three days a week.
This isn’t your typical graphic design role. Much of what we create becomes part of someone’s final farewell, from beautifully designed service booklets and memorial stationery to photo presentations and meaningful keepsakes for families.
It’s creative work with purpose, often produced within tight 24‑48 hour timeframes, so we’re looking for someone who is both a talented designer and exceptionally organised.
For us, the right person matters just as much as what’s on paper.
While design skills are important, we hire for people first. We value attitude, creativity, care and someone who will genuinely add to our team and culture.

The Role:
Working from our Mayfield West office Tuesday to Thursday, you’ll:
- Design service booklets, memorial stationery and other printed and digital materials
- Create and edit photo presentations
- Work closely with our funeral directors, administration and Design Studio team
- Manage multiple projects and short turnaround times
- Ensure every piece of work is accurate, considered and beautifully presented
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio
- Strong Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills
- Illustrator skills are desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Robust organisation and time management
- The ability to work confidently across multiple deadlines
- A calm, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- The sensitivity and empathy to understand the importance of the work we create
Experience in the funeral industry isn’t necessary. We can teach you our industry. We’re looking for someone who brings the right design skills, attention to detail and care .
