As a Casual Employee , you will help create unforgettable memories for our visitors while working in a fun and dynamic environment.

As a Cabana team member, you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentability of our many Cabanas & Sun Beds around the Park! You will also ensure a smooth check in process for our Cabana guests, providing exceptional customer service and problem solving skills throughout.

The role encompasses a variety of different areas and positions within the park, and so flexibility to work where allocated on any given day is an essential part of the role. A shift on any given day can involve:

Key Responsibilities:

- Cabana Cleaning : including removing rubbish, emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces and tidying furniture
- Cabana Check-in : Assist the Guest Services team with Cabana guest check-in, including handing out wristbands and providing comprehensive information about the Cabanas
- Cabana Hosting : Support Cabana Hosting operations where required, which may involve delivering food orders, assisting with locker troubleshooting and generally being that welcoming and helpful presence for our guests.

- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with different weather conditions. You must enjoy keeping fit,



with plenty of walking required, it's a great chance to get your steps up!
- Available to work weekends and during the school holidays (must be adaptable)

Requirements:

- Must be 16 years or older , before December 1, 2026.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check*.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Strong awareness of safety and a commitment to guest service.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and team mindset.
- Exceptional availability throughout December and January , including nights in December , with additional weekend availability in February and March .
- *If you are over 18, you must have a valid Employee Working with Children Check, to be employed by Adventure Park.
- If you are employed by Adventure Park and turn 18 during our seasonal event, please be prepared for this requirement by applying for your Employee Working with Children Check, before you turn 18.
- A Volunteer Working with Children Check, is not acceptable by law, for paid employment.
